Notes: HORSE OWNER MUST BE STAYING AT BROKEN ARROW TO RESERVE STALL. ALL EQUINE MUST BE CHECKED IN BEFORE 8:00 PM.

Policies:
- For the safety of all equine guests owner must provide a negative Coggins less than 1-year-old and a health certificate less than 30 days old. WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE 6TH-MONTH HEALTH CERTIFICATE. You will be turned away if you can not provide these legally required travel documents.
- Negative Coggins Test required for all equine (including North & South Dakota guests).
- Health Certification is required for all out-of-state equine within 30 days of travel.
