Sharon's Horse Heaven understands that your horses deserve a safe and comfortable environment. The property features a well-equipped barn with eight spacious box stalls, each designed to offer the utmost in equine comfort and security. Additionally, there are eight secure paddocks enclosed by flexible, horse-safe fencing. These thoughtful facilities ensure that your horses are not only well-cared for but can also graze and roam freely.

A Horseback Riding Paradise

The picturesque landscapes surrounding Marienville, PA, are a treasure trove for horseback riding enthusiasts. For Sharon and her husband Tim, who purchased the farm in 2007, the area's natural beauty captured their hearts. Riding through these landscapes feels like a journey to paradise.

For those who wish to extend their stay, Sharon's Horse Heaven offers a charming two-bedroom cabin. This cozy retreat, situated on the second floor of a 108-year-old bank barn, is equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a gas fireplace. As you relax within the cabin, every window treats you to elevated views of the horse pasture and paddocks. The scenery extends beyond horses, as deer, foxes, turkeys, and other wildlife often grace the property with their presence.

A Haven for Campers

For those who prefer the serenity of outdoor living, Sharon's Horse Heaven provides a quiet and cozy camping area. Accommodating four rigs, this area is centered around a pavilion equipped with a picnic table. It's an ideal space for connecting with fellow travelers, sharing stories of your equestrian adventures, or simply savoring the tranquility of the outdoors.

Sharon's Horse Heaven offers the following facilities and amenities:

Cost Details:

  • $35/night for a camping spot with up to 3 people. $10/night per extra person.
  • $25/night per horse for a 2-acre pasture with tree shade. 
  • $30/night per horse for stall & paddock (most popular).
  • ​$35/night per horse for stall & pasture.
  • Cabins:
  • $210/night, Sunday night through Thursday night, up to 4 people. 
  • $220/night, Friday night or Saturday night, up to 4 people.
  • $20/night per extra person.​ ​
  • Horse lodging extra. 
  • $20/night per dog in the cabin.

 

Policies:

  • Upon arrival, horse owners must show current negative Coggins & rabies. 
  • Flu/Rhino recommended. 
  • 4 shoes are recommended due to the rocky nature of the terrain in the area.
  • At your own discretion, the state of PA requires a health certificate for out-of-state horses.
  • Bring your own hay, feed, water buckets & feed dishes. ​
  • Riders are welcome to bring more than one horse.  The same fees apply to each horse.
  • Picketing is not available.
  • Credit cards are not accepted at this time. It eliminates a 3% surcharge.

  • For reservations, check the calendar on their website to confirm availability.  Email Sharon to confirm availability.
  • To make a reservation, email Sharon.  Include dates, number of rigs, number of people, number of horses, and choice of stalls & paddock or pasture.
  • A deposit check due upon reservation is sent to one of the addresses below.
  • ​Payment in full is required for reservations made starting April 1.
  • Check-in is after 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
