Directions:

Access from U.S. Highway 12, White Pass, to Forest Road 498, 1/4 mile east of the summit. Take the first turn right into the camping area.

 

White Pass Horse Camp offers the following facilities and amenities:

  • Six camp units
  • Toilet
  • Stock ramp
  • Hitch rails
  • Picnic table
  • Fire ring
  • Parking for 15 horse rigs and vehicles
  • Non-potable water

 

Cost Details:

  • $20/vehicle/night - camping
  • $10/vehicle/day - day use

 

Notes:

  • Wilderness permits are required. The self-issuing permits are free and available at trailheads.
  • Recreation Passes may be used as a form of fee payment.
  • No reservations are needed.
