Overnight and short-term boarding available for horses and owners! We have one covered stall with attached 20' x 30' run to one or two horses. We have another 12' x 24' three-sided building with attached 20' x 24' run. We are an active, smaller boarding facility and there will be other horses on the property as well as an adorable donkey. Grass hay fed twice daily is included. The stall will be dry and will not have shavings. We have two 50' round pens as well as an outdoor riding arena. Nightly rate per horse: $30. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom in our house for rent also. The primary room for rent has one queen, one double, and one twin and will sleep 1-5 people. The secondary room has one queen and one twin and will sleep 1 to 3 people. Nightly rate for the primary room: $60. Nightly rate for both rooms: $100. We have a boarder collie that lives on the property that we love dearly... please only bring friendly, loving, kind dogs. Health certificates and a negative Coggins must be provided for each horse before unloading. We require a deposit of 50 percent of your reserved stay paid via Venmo or PayPal. It is only refundable if you cancel a full 24 hours before your stay. Absolutely no smoking of any kind while on the property. No trailer hookups.
