We have 18 12' x 12' fireproof, freshly bedded, steamed and bleached stalls available for motel horses. Outside pleasure arena, 100' x 200' outside barrel arena, 1/2 mile race track and 66' x 120' inside arena. We can accommodate semi trailers with ease and inside unloading. Two inside wash racks with hot water are available for your use and 2 inside heated bathrooms. Located within a short distance we have nice trails, places for boating and fishing. Coming this fall we will also be a Bed and Breakfast. Hotels and restaurants are within 10 miles. All on a hard road, 12 minutes north of Interstate 80 on Hwy 67, Princeton, IA. Overnighters and last minute emergencies are welcome. Very clean & well-managed. Health papers and coggins are required to be on the property. Check- in time from 5am-9pm is $25.00 per stall and 9pm-5am is $40.00 per stall.
