Visitors can enjoy pan fishing on Garey Lake or exploreing one of the nearby trail systems. The campground has direct access to the Shore-to-Shore Trail and is located in close proximately of the Lake Ann Pathway. There is also a group campground, Garey Lake Trail Camp nearby.

Located in Benzie County, just eight miles southeast of Empire via M-72, Plowman Road and Pettengill Road.
