We have two short term rentals (1 bed, 1 bath cottage and a 2 bed, 1.5 bath home) on our horse farm that we rent out with stalls. Our horse barn has many 12' x 12' matted stalls with a fly system. Stalls are dry stalls and come with a turn out paddock that can be used for part of the day. We are close to many horse trails and minutes from Portland, OR. Bookings for the homes are through airbnb, vrbo or hipcamp. Stalls are a separate contract. We can accommodate events also with full facility lease. Two covered and lighted arenas with sound system, many matted stalls with fly system, multiple wash and grooming areas, gated entrance, club room, bathroom and shower, security system fenced turn out areas.
