North Fork, UT 84310

The Mule Loop consists of the Mule Ear and Mule Shoe trails in North Fork Park. The ride is singletrack, about 5.5 miles in length. The Mule Ear Connector runs through the loop north-to-south. The trail's elevation is from 5600 to 5900 feet, with some water in the springtime. Opens April and closes by about October 31. It may be accessed from either the North or South entrances of North Fork Park. Parking is either at Cutler Flats or a small parking lot at the conjunction of the two trails. No fee is required for day rides. It may also be accessed from the Horse Campground (and corrals) in North Fork. Fees are required here for overnight camping.
