One of my favorite summertime trails !! This is my “go to” trail for anyone that wants the “Colorado Experience”. In less than 10 miles you will cross several creeks, ride through a waterfall, ride part of the Continental Divide and ride lakeside. It is also very likely that you will see deer, turkey, moose, wildflowers and wild mushrooms. This trail is not recommended for novice horses/riders as it is fairly technical and there are some very narrow sections and steep drop offs.
