Trail Description
Ebenezer Park, operated by the Corp of Engineers, is the only area where horses are allowed on Sam Rayburn. The Equestrian area contains 10 campsites, all with water hookups, seven with 30 amp electric and three with 50 amp electric hookups. All these sites feature a hardened RV pullout, hitching posts, table and fire ring. Ebenezer Park Equestrian Sites are open Year Round! Ebenezer Park also contains an additional 17 campsites without water or electric hookups. The park features a designated swimming beach, drinking water, and one trailer dump station. Most of these sites will accommodate only tents or small travel trailers. A new waterborne restroom with showers was recently competed. Ebenezer Park also features an enclosed group use building suitable for family reunions, parties, receptions, etc. Click for infomation and photos of the Ebenezer Hall Ebenezer Park is located on the south shore of Sam Rayburn Reservoir, off Recreational Road 255, approximately 23 miles northwest of Jasper, Texas.
